Monème is taking part in the 26th edition of Montréal en Lumière! The Guest Chef is Émeline Pero from Les Botanistes in Québec.
As part of the Montréal en Lumière Winter Festival, Chef Cédric Deslandes from Monème Restaurant will welcome Chef Émeline Pero from the prestigious Les Botanistes in Québec to present a 5-course menu for $110 from February 27th to March 1st!
Émeline Pero, who arrived in Québec in 2012 for a culinary internship at Le Saint-Amour, quickly impressed her team with her talent and professionalism. After honing her skills through prestigious competitions, international internships, and extensive culinary experience, she became the Executive Chef of Les Botanistes in 2021. There, she crafts refined and sophisticated cuisine, embodying her passion for gastronomy and her love for Québec.
