Inspired by the iconic R2-D2 from the Star Wars saga, H2M2 also takes its name from the initials of Hotel Monville. Developed by Californian firm Savioke, H2M2 is much more than just a gadget: it is tangible proof of the hotel’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
We started discussions with Savioke in 2016, two years prior to opening to be the first Canadian hotel with robot-operated room service. Our robot is now a beloved staff member
H2M2’s mission is to bring orders directly to the rooms in record time. Whether delivering housekeeping items, food for meetings or group activities, H2M2 is always ready to serve with remarkable efficiency and precision.
In its first 27 months of operation, H2M2 has made over 10,000 room service deliveries, an impressive average of 400 per month. Available for room service Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 10:30 and on weekends from 7:00 to 12:00, this loyal robot works tirelessly to satisfy the needs of the hotel’s guests.
