A unique Mixology Masterclass at Monème bar & restaurant to immerse yourself in the world of Cirka brand spirits!
The 5@7 Mixology Masterclass, co-hosted by brand ambassador Gizmo Sirois and our head bartender Maxime Riopel, taught participants how to make 3 delicious cocktails with Cirka’s premium spirits (Gin Sauvage, Passion, Vodka Chilis, Whisky #2 et Folklore), all accompanied by 3 surprise bites from our Chef! They learned 3 mixology techniques during these workshops: a cocktail made with a shaker, a cocktail made using a crushed or smashed technique, and a cocktail made with a glass.
The event took place as part of Montreal en Lumière, starting at 5 p.m. at Monème bar & restaurant:
- Friday, March 1st,
- Saturday March 2nd,
- Thursday, March 7,
- and Friday, March 8.
It was possible to extend the experience with a gourmet 4-course dinner at Monème restaurant, designed by our Chef as part of Montreal en Lumière. MONÈME is a return to the very essence of the art of living and eating well. An offer that puts the customer at the center of the experience, featuring creative cocktails and generous dishes inspired by French gastronomy.
The restaurant is open from 7pm to 9:30pm.
