While we cannot wait to welcome you back, times have changed and so have we.

In light of the ever-changing situation with regards to COVID-19, we have a duty of care to our guests, visitors, and staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Like the rest of the hospitality industry, we are currently following all procedural advice from OMS, Health Canada, and the Ministère de la Santé et des Service sociaux and are adjusting our operations as the situation evolves.

Below you will find the specifics on how we are planning to keep you, and our space, safe.

Cleanliness above all

Cleanliness has always been a top priority and we are committed to providing you with the cleanest meeting rooms. As such, we have made the following changes to our operations:

• We have enhanced our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high touch common areas including the front desk, door handles, handrails, and elevator buttons

Your arrival at Hotel Monville

• Face masks will be required for all attendees and staff
• Disinfection is mandatory upon arrival to the hotel and the meeting room
• Floor marking to help you respect social distancing
• A registration list of the participants will be asked to each person upon arrival
• A station for disinfection will be placed with gloves, masks, tissues, and sanitizer

Meetings with respect of social distancing and minimal contact

• The layout of the set-up will respect social distancing (6 ’/ 2m of space between the chairs)
• If needed, Plexiglas will be installed to ensure safety between staff and guests
• It is forbidden to smoke on the terrace for hygiene and distanciation reasons

A healthy team

• The staff will wear a mask, as well as, protection glasses during the event, and wash their hands on a regular basis.
